Once an RO has been closed, there is a way to Re-Open it to make any modifications to the RO. All you need is the RO number.

1. From your main WIP page, click on Settings

2. Find the button on the left side menu called "Re-Open RO" and click it.

3. Enter the RO number and choose the status that you want it to be re-opened to, then you are done. It will be on your WIP page as soon as you get there.
