With our Gold or Platinum package, you can set up as many part supply integrations as needed. Using our parts integration feature to add parts to Repair Orders will increase your shops efficiency by linking the functionality to order parts directly from the Repair Order Menu.  Each integration partner has a bit of a different set up.  Here are instructions on how to set up each of them.  

Shop Boss integrates with Nexpart, Worldpac, Epicor, and PartsTech.

 

To link NEXPART Suppliers

•  Obtain Nexpart credentials from your supplier. You may need to contact your supplier’s corporate office, or your local sales representative to get these credentials
  • Credentials include:
    • Nextpart Supplier Name 
    • Username 
    • Password
•  Click on Settings
•  Click on Integrations
•  Find Nexpart. Click on blue button labeled “Add Nexpart Supplier”

• A window will pop up
• Enter the following information
• Click Save

  

• To test that those credentials are valid, go back to Main WIP page
• Click on any RO number to open it
• Then click on Parts Ordering
• Click the blue button for Nexpart Parts Ordering
•  Choose your supplier, then click Launch Nexpart

• Opening up the Nexpart Parts Ordering button takes you directly to the page that enables you to select parts and add to your cart means the integration was successful
• If the Integration was not successful, you will see an error like this:  

• If this occurs, go back to the Nexpart page in settings, delete the supplier and re-enter in the information

 

For Worldpac Integrations:

• First, make sure you set up this integration at the same computer terminal your World Pac speed dial will be set up on. 
• From your Main WIP click on Settings
• Click Integrations. Find the Worldpac section and click blue button labeled "Add Worldpac"  
• Follow the instructions in the pop up window. 

 

To link Epicor Suppliers

• Contact your supplier and ask for them to generate Epicor credentials. You may have to contact your supplier’s corporate office, or your local sales representative
• Email us at [email protected] with your credentials. Please make sure your Shop ID is included in the subject line and list the following in the email:
  • Supplier Name
  • Seller ID
  • Group 
  • Username 
  • Password
• Once we receive this information, we will have that uploaded and tested prior to replying to your request

 

To link PartsTech Suppliers

• First, go to www.partstech.com and set up your account  
• Once your account with PartsTech is created, Email us at [email protected] with your credentials. Please make sure your Shop ID is included in the subject line and list the following in the email:
  • Username
  • API Key
• ​​​​​​​Once we receive this information, we will have that uploaded and tested prior to replying to your request
