While our program has an extensive library of reports to help you manage your business, we realize that  some shops have reports that they prefer. We are happy to create any custom report you need to help you better manage your business at no extra charge.

The best way to request a Custom Report is to attach an Excel spreadsheet with all of the columns that you would like into a Support Ticket through Support and Submit Ticket or through email at [email protected] along with the shop ID and the title of the Custom Report you would like us to enter it by.

**Note: If you can find a Report that is close to what you need add that plus the added information you need with the Ticket.**
