The RingCentral integration will pop up the Customer information in a box within Shop Boss when a Customer who is in your Customer List calls in it .
This will make it easier to find the Customers Profile to either add an appointment or to start an RO.
Here are the instructions for setting it up.
- Download the VoIP Phone through RingCentral
- Go to Settings within Ring Central
- Turn on the Launch External App or URL found in Settings within the Call tab
- In Shop Boss you will go into Settings > Integrations > RingCentral to Input the URL for RingCentral.
- It opens up the browser and points to a URL (that is ) that will open up the customer information and any open RO's.
Make sure that it is just the Phone app though because if it isn't then it won't have the box to put the URL in.
