Shop Boss now has a new integration tool for Quickbooks Online with our new partner, API Nation.  

This integration offers excellent features compared to our current tool.

• All payments, repair orders and part sales are posted to QBO in real-time
  • When a repair order is closed, it is automatically sent to QBO
  • When a part sale is closed, it is automatically sent to QBO
  • When a payment is received, it is automatically sent to QBO
• If a payment is received before the RO is closed, the payment will be automatically applied when the RO or Part Sale is closed
• At this time, only sales information is sent through.  
• There is a cost for APINation
  • APINation will supply support for the integration and help you get started
  • The cost is $25.00 per month, per Shop Boss account

To get started:

• In Shop Boss, go to Accounting -> Quickbooks
• At the top of the list, you will now see a section labeled APINation
• There are buttons labeled Create APINation Account, Cancel and Watch Video
• Once you create your APINation account, the Create button will be changed to Login to APINation
• Watch the video.  It gives a good overview of the process
