How to Create an RO

There are several ways to create an RO:

 

Create an RO for Existing Customers

 

To create an RO for an existing customer, from the WIP screen, click on Create RO, a dropdown will appear, select Search. 

 

 

This will pull up list of existing customers. Search by name, phone number, partial VIN, License and/or Fleet number. 

 

 

Once correct customer is located, click on the name. This will pull up a new window, click on the green Create RO feature. 

 

 

Another box will pop up, asking if you are sure, select Create RO again.

 

 

This will open the Customer Concerns page, type in what is needed on each line, or select from the Master Concern List on the right hand side. 

 

Once finished, click on Add Customer Concerns.

 

 

A new RO is made. 

 

Create an RO for New Customers

 

To create an RO for a new customer, from the WIP screen, click on Create RO, a dropdown will appear, select Search. 

 

 

Click on Add New Customer in red to the right of the search bar. This opens a new customer profile.

 

 

Enter the customers information in the respective boxes, then click 'Next' to move on to adding in vehicle information. 

 

 

There are multiple ways vehicle information can be added, entering it all in manually, through the Carfax integration, or by scanning the VIN number. 

 

Once finished, click Save and Create RO.

 

 

This will open the Customer Concerns page, type in what is needed on each line, or select from the Master Concern List on the right hand side. 

 

Once finished, click on Add Customer Concerns.

 

 

A new RO is made.
