Uploading and Sending images

From inside the Repair Order, click Upload Pics.  This will allow you to upload pictures of the vehicle or any components you desire.

• From a desktop, follow the prompt to drag or drop files into the Repair Order.
• From a mobile device you will be given the option to take a photo in real time.

• Once photos have been uploaded and your estimate is complete, click Send Update. This will send a link to the customer with information about the repair work to be done and show the pictures that you've uploaded at the bottom of the page and will allow the customer to scroll side to side if there are multiple pictures uploaded.
