How to Integrate and use ProDemand

 

The ProDemand Integration is available on the Gold and Platinum packages.

First step is to sign up for an Individual Prodemand account (Not a ShopKey account) https://buymitchell1.net/mm5/merchant.mvc?

 

These are the 2 Mitchell 1 Products that we Integrate with: ProDemand (Repair & Estimator) and TruckLabor Plus

 

 

When the account is set up and the Integration is ready to be added

• Go to Settings
• Integrations
• Add ProDemand Credentials
• Enter Username and Password for the ProDemand account
• Choose Light Duty, Heavy Duty, or Both 
• Save

 

Once the Integration is complete

• Open an RO
• Click on ProDemand in the menu to the left

 

• If both Mitchell 1 Products are Integrated there will be the option to choose Light Duty or Heavy Duty

• the vehicle information will transfer over to ProDemand as long as the VIN is in the RO

 

 

• Click Use This Vehicle
• Choose the Parts and Labor needed
• Add Parts and Labor then Transfer

 

 

• Once transferred Edit Qty/Hours/Rate/Matrix and Bump Hours if needed

 

•  Save and Close and it will Transfer over to the RO
