All text messages that are sent to your customers from within Shop Boss are recorded in that Repair Orders Communication Log.

While in the repair order, click the green button on the right labeled Revisions/Payments/Fees/More.

Click on Communication Log. Here you will see a list of all communications between you and your customer via text message in our system.

To view live text messages, on the Work in Process Screen, along the top, click on the Live Text tab. 

1. To start a new 2 way text conversation with a customer, go to their open RO and click their Cell Phone.
2. Replies to your text messages will be seen here and on the RO screen
3. The red LIVE Text button will turn green and animate to alert you to a received message
