Managing the Vehicle Issues and Customer Concerns on an open repair order is very easy.

While in the repair order, click the button on the left that says Vehicle Issues.

A new pop-up window will show you the vehicle issues where you can click on them at edit them or delete them.

You could also click out the Add New button to add a new vehicle issue to this particular repair order
