Technician mode for Shop Boss is designed to allow technicians to log into the program and see just the jobs that they need to work on.
From there they can clock in, do their inspections, clock out, enter their technician story, view labor guides, order parts. You can limit each technician's access, simply watch the technician mode setup video linked below
This gives them all the benefits of Shop Boss without exposing the parts of the program that is not needed for them to do their job.
