Shop Fees are fees that can be added to RO's to cover expenses.  The most common one is shop supplies

 

To add Shop Fees, from the main screen go to

• Settings
• Custom Settings
• Repair Order Preference

 

There are some options when adding Custom Shop Fees.

• Flat dollar amount or a percentage.
• Fee maximum
• Taxable or Non-Taxable
• Charge custom fees based on the whole RO or just parts, or labor.
   

These will be added to each RO that is created.

 

 

Once the Fee is added click Save.

 

The Shop Fee will apply to all new ROs created.

 

To Customize, Add or Remove the Shop Fees

• Press Edit Fees / Taxes / Discounts from within the RO
• Make your changes
• Click Save
