How do I add/delete more Vehicle Issues/Customer Concerns?

Edit/Remove Vehicle issues

 

The process to add, modify, or delete Vehicle Issues/Customer Concerns is fairly simple:

1. Go into the RO that needs to be adjusted.

2. In the left hand menu choose "Vehicle Issues" option

 

 

3. A window will pop up with the list of the current Vehicle Issues where you can change the sorting by dragging and dropping them in the order needed.

 

 

To Add an additional concern

  • Type in the concern on line #1 and select a category.
  • Once the information is entered, click Add Customer Concerns.

 

 

To Delete a vehicle concern

  • From your Repair Order click Vehicle Issues.
  • Hover your mouse to highlight the vehicle concern you want to delete.
  • Click it to get the pop window. 
  • Click the red Delete Issue button.

 

 

Another pop up window will appear to make sure you want to delete. 

Clicking OK will delete the vehicle concern.
