We offer two types of credit card processing integration.

The recommended integration for EMV compliance which will reduce your liability and risk as a merchant against fraud is with 360 Payments.

360 payments provides EMV credit card processing and is tightly integrated into our program.

To start this integration 360 Payments will help you set up a merchant account.

Once that is established you can take payment directly from a Repair Order.

Click on the green Revisions/Payments/Fees/More button

After clicking on Payments select Process CC

It will then pull up this screen

From there Send to Terminal will send the Payment Amount that you have selected and the Terminal to your Terminal of choice

Or choose Manual Payment and it will pull up a screen to enter the Credit Card information Manually

We also offer Authorize.net, however it is a less secure method and only works for Remote Payments but is still used by auto shops.

If you decide to use Authorize.net you will add the credentials by going to Settings > Custom Settings > Authorize.net Credentials 

Enter in your Credentials and Save Changes.
