To Merge Duplicate Customer Profiles

1. Find a Primary Customer Profile to Transfer all of the Vehicles into.

2. Open the Duplicate Customer Profiles and click on the Vehicle

3. Click on Transfer to New Owner

4. Select the Primary Customer Profile 

5. Choose to Update Customer Information on ALL Active ROs or leave it blank

6. Click Transfer

7. Once the Vehicle is Transferred go back to the Customer Profile and either continue to Transfer Vehicles until the Customer Profile is empty or if there was only one change the Active Status to Inactive.

 

Keep following these steps until all Duplicate Customer Profiles are empty and Inactive and the Primary Customer Profile is the only Profile with Vehicles.
