How do I access my customer's vehicle history?

Customer History

 

Accessing your customer's vehicle history that was completed at your shop, can be done two different ways. 

 

1. Through an open RO.

 Once inside the RO, from the main menu bar on the left click "History". A window will pop up and show you the vehicle history. 

 

2. If you do not have an open RO for the customer,

  • Click "Customers" from your Main Menu (WIP).
  • Click on the customer's name you would like to get history for.
  • From the "Edit Customer / Vehicle Information" page, click on the selected vehicle and a separate window will pop up to edit it.
  • From that window, at the bottom click "History" (red button) and it will show you the history of repair from your shop for that particular vehicle.  

 

 

From there it will pop up a window that lists all of the Vehicle History including:

RO #, Date In, Current Status, Customer's Name, Vehicle Information, and the VIN/Fleet/License.

 

You will also be able to click on the RO number to open a preview of the RO where you can print if necessary.
