Using the Dispatch Tab

 

The Dispatch function allows someone in Full mode to add the Labor lines to the columns of the Tech it is assigned to.

The Dispatch can be seen by anyone in the system regardless of if they are in Tech mode or Full Mode.

That way everyone can see the RO number and who is supposed to be working on it. 

 

To access Dispatch, on the main Work in Process screen on the left hand side will be the Dispatch tab.

 

 

Click on that and it will open the Dispatch and on the left hand side will be a list of ALL labor lines created from all open ROs.

 

 

Add columns for your techs, in Dispatch at the top there is a Add Column and Reset all columns. Once the columns are set, and labeled, drag and drop each job in the correct columns.

 

 

 

This allows you to pull over the Labor Lines your Techs are assigned to

 

So they can see the jobs laid out for the day.
