Include:

• The Date to Cancel the Shop Boss Subscription
• Reason for the Cancelation 
• If Account needs to be in Read Only. Read Only will allow you to access your account and all of your records. There is a $25.00 monthly fee for Read Only. This still has unlimited access to all data within your Shop Boss account. 

(Read Only would mean that the Account is still Viewable but nothing new can be created)
