Discounting the Repair Order can happen in a couple of different ways.

 

Each line item on an individual basis can be discounted.

To discount each line item, whether it's a part or labor line, click that line to edit it.

 

 

In the discount box enter the percentage discount to apply to the Repair Order.

 

 

Click the save button and the discount will be applied.

 

 

The second way is to provide a discount for the total amount of the repair order.

To discount the entire repair order, Click the blue button on the right hand side that says Edit Fees Taxes and Discount.

 

 

Once this button is selected, enter a discount at the bottom for either parts or labor.

 

 

Click the save button to save changes.

 

 

A new line will be added to the printed repair order showing the total discount given.
