Texting Customers Within Shop Boss

 

Click the Repair Order for the customer needed.

 

As long as a cell phone number has been entered in the customer profile, click directly on the phone number in the RO, and a new window will pop up.

 

Type in the text and click Send.

 

This communication will also be saved in the communication log in the repair order.
