Tech Work Order 

In the event Technicians do not have use of Shop Boss, a Tech Work Order can be printed directly from the Repair Order Menu  

Go to Settings > Custom Settings > Printing Preferences

There are two settings that you can turn on that directly affect the Tech Work order. The first is Show Labor hours on Tech Worksheet. This will allow the labor hours for each labor line to show when it is printed. The second is the Show Customer phone on Tech Work order. This will show your customers phone number on the tech work order. These two can be turned off or on depending on your preference. 

To print a Tech Work Order:

• Click on the desired Repair Order Number from the Main WIP
• Click Print 
• Click Print Tech Work Order 
• Below is a template of a printed Tech Work Order (based on Settings created)
