To send Statements / Invoices from Accounting follow these steps:
- Click on Accounting from the Main Menu
- Accounts Receivable
Either enter the customers name or the RO number or you can scroll through the list of all A/R.
- To generate a statement, click on the RO number then choose Statement.
This will give you the option to choose All Invoices (this is all ROs that have a balance due) or Date Range (this gives you ALL ROs within a date range even if there is no balance due on them)

- To use a specific date range, enter in particular dates and click Print/View Statements
- The window below will pop up
- Click OK
- If there are Multiple ROs in the Selected Date Range, they will all pull up in the Statement like this:
- The same options to Print and Email will be on this screen
