Sending Statements From Accounting

To send Statements / Invoices from Accounting follow these steps:

  • Click on Accounting from the Main Menu

 

 

  • Accounts Receivable

 

 

Either enter the customers name or the RO number or you can scroll through the list of all A/R.

 

 

  • To generate a statement, click on the RO number then choose Statement.

 

 

This will give you the option to choose All Invoices (this is all ROs that have a balance due) or Date Range (this gives you ALL ROs within a date range even if there is no balance due on them)

  • To use a specific date range, enter in particular dates  and click Print/View Statements

 

 

  • The window below will pop up 
  • Click OK

 

 

  • If there are Multiple ROs in the Selected Date Range, they will all pull up in the Statement like this:
  • The same options to Print and Email will be on this screen
