Updating Credit Card for Subscription 

 

To Update your Credit Card Information for your Shop Boss Payment you will go to Settings > Scroll down to Account Settings on the Maroon Menu.

 

 

Then click on Change Payment Method

 

 

It will then pull these options

Enter your Payment information accordingly.

 

***Payments are processed on the 5th of every month or the next business day and if the payment does not go through we will attempt payment again daily until the 11th of the month or the next business day after.***

 

If no payment attempt has been successful we will suspend your Shop Boss account until payment has been made.
