If the error "VIN Scanner Error Message: Not a Valid Account" is received, this means that the VIN Scanner was attempted to be used by itself.  In order for the VIN scanner to know who is using it and where to send the VIN, the VIN scanner needs to be launched from your browser while logged into Shop Boss.
