There are 2 ways to use the Scheduler. Before creating any appointments, it is recommended that at least 3 calendar headers be established to use the calendar.  The calendar can be customized to match the header to technician names, locations in the shop, types of repair, etc...

  • From the Main Menu, click Settings

  • Click Calendar Labels

  • Click Add New Calendar Labels at the top right of the screen

  • Create at least 3 Calendar Labels to get the best view of the calendar. Labels can be names of technicians, locations in the shop, or types of repair.

The first way to use the scheduler is to create a Repair Order:  See our Quick Start Video first if not sure how to create a Repair Order yet https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u4hqZ7Tl1pc

From inside the Repair Order click Send to Calendar

  • Find the desired time under the selected calendar header and fill in blank boxes.
  • Review the pre-filled boxes to make sure the information is correct.
  • Click Save

Another way to scheduling an appointment is to create the appointment, then convert it into a Repair Order:

  • From your Main Menu, click Schedule > Customer

  • To create your appointment, click the desired time under the desired column you created in Settings
  • Fill out in the information

When the appointment time comes:

  • Click on the appointment and at the bottom left
  • Click Convert to RO

**UPDATE**

Shops now have the ability to Create Appointment from the Customer Profile > Vehicle Information

As well as see the Future Appointments for that Customer on the Customer Profile
